This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be processed.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel a service before we begin processing your documents.

Full Cancellation:
If you cancel before we begin working on your request, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing or payment gateway fees.

Partial Cancellation:
If we have already started reviewing or preparing your documents, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion based on the stage of completion.

Non-Cancellable:
If your documents have already been submitted to a government agency, embassy, or courier, the service is considered non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Service Not Started:
Full refund minus payment processing fees.

Service In Progress:
Partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

Service Completed:
No refund will be issued once the service has been fully completed or submitted for government/legal processing.

Document Rejection Due to Client Error:
If a document is rejected due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, no refund will be provided. However, we may offer to reprocess the document (additional charges may apply).

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

Failure to provide required documents or correct information.

Change of mind after the service has started.

Lost documents not caused by our negligence (e.g., due to courier mishandling).

Rejection of documents by foreign authorities for reasons outside our control.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

It may take 5–10 business days to process and reflect in your original payment method.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated.
